Story Time

Under the transdisciplinary theme "How We Express Ourselves" the students in PYP 2 are exploring different ways of telling stories.

In our classrooms there are areas that allow children to use their imagination, develop communication skills such as viewing and presenting and practise their English amongst their friends. They have been listening to different stories, reading them and role-playing! They are having a blast!

Here are some snapshots of their stories taking shape...

Once upon a time, Jack and Annie found a mouse and a Star Wars book. They pointed to a picture and wished to go there. They landed on the Death Star. Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader were fighting. Darth Vader saw Jack and Annie, and started to fight them. The mouse bit Darth Vader's leg and he cried. Jack and Annie said goodbye to Luke and went home. The end.
